I've read so many horror stories of bad managers constantly getting new positions at new places with ludicrous salaries as easily as one would order a pizza. How exactly? What's the process? I reckon it's much more than just a nepotism thing because of the sheer volume of highly paid asshole managers out there. The only pattern I've found so far is that they usually have MBAs.
