how do you get past your previous employer telling a new one that you got fired?

i am trying to get fired. i work in a call center and my mental health has been suffering as of late. i graduated college mid lockdown and thought i’d work these positions until i could get something better but i just hit my anniversary last week and feel so desperate to get away from customer service. i have a feeling i will get fired anyway which i don’t care anymore. i found out about a terrible accident in my family that left a relative mangled and dead and left early but my attendance is already being tracked so i know this will come back to bite me. how is it better to get fired if employers can communicate and let each other know you were fired? how do you phrase it in a way that doesn’t make you sound lazy or you can’t keep up with your own life?…
