How do you guys cope with the fact that we are born into system that makes us complicit in it’s functioning?

Like if I sell someone a beer and get them wasted, and they crash their car, you might feel guilty. But then you realize that the only reason you need to sell shit is because you need money, because you are born into a system that forces you to work for money. My head spins when i think about the fact that this system we live in can have people doing unethical things to keep themselves afloat. Them choosing not to do these things, also doesn't exactly make them a hero either, because the system is itself unethical, and you're born into it. So it's like what does one do in this dilemna?
