Do all workplace white-collar environments eventually devolve into an in-group out-group environments not measured by outputs but by diplomacy and interrelations with others.
I struggle to see the signs, if not clear, between hostility masked as slow decision making, lack of support , obstruction from senior-junior level colleagues when work depends on the multiple levels involved or when stems from inability to handle the role.
It always rears it's head, for no reason in my experience and toxic environment claims victim(s) one after another while in-group remains intact. Wondering if anyone has actually had any luck in these fields (Office, administration, secretarial) where you didn't fake tolerance for some of this bullshit.
