Hi, I've been working for a year out of university, the job is remote as the company is based overseas. I still don't know how much work I need to do in a day.
I do more work or less work, they don't seem to mind. I also seem to work a lot faster, so I can procrastinate the whole day and finish in 2 hours, and still seem to be at pace with other.
The work is individual base, there are tickets and I pick and do it, so work doesn't finish, you just finish a ticket. Sometimes I take 30 mins off as some tickets are more taxing than others, Not sure if I should. I just want to know how to know how would you manage it.
Also how many hours do you guys actually work.
