A lot of people say if you are forced to RTO just yank productivity.
How do you tank your productivity to retailiate for RTO mandates when management will respond by micromanaging? Creation of pointless busy work etc.
I also thought about malicious collaboration with unrelated different departments that are unrelated but they also will retaliate to that with micromanagement. That is usually their response to networking and learning new skills too.
Pretty much any other idea I can think of will be met by micromanagement so how do I avoid that?
