How likely is it that a union rep is a scab?

I have been let go of my job a week ago (which I been at for two years). I recently found out that the company has not been paying my dues for three months and I reported it to the union rep (emailed him proof, screenshots, documents, etc.) and he has stopped responding to me / maybe blocked my phone number. My wife told me to stop attempting to contact him as he has shown his intention by ghosting me. What drove me to this suspicion that the union rep is a scab is because my ex co worker sent me a screenshot of a conversation with management he had while he worked with me on a long job and I got paid properly and he got his check shorted.
