My employer has started to favor long term suspensions (2 weeks) after a certain number of write-ups or problematic behavior. There's not any investigation or anything, just stuff like “You didn't do X correctly for the third time, this is a big deal, here's a two week suspension”. Is there a limit to how long a suspension can last for it to still be a suspension? This has lead to a lot of people quitting, because they can't afford to miss the check and need to get a different job. In OK if that matters.
