Every now and then I hear these stories of people who are supposedly making a living with 5 hours of work a day or less. Do you think that's true, or incredibly rare? Or is it just bullshit?
These mostly come from folks in sales or financial professions. Some might even be in IT and find a way to automate 90% of their roles.
I guess my point in asking this is, if it is true and if it really is possible, why don't more companies put their employees on salary and let them do their jobs effectively with less than 40 hours of work a week?
