Fedex always shows itself as a guarantee of quality. However, I came across an outrageous and story with my parcel – it seems to be stolen. But in this story, it’s not even the theft itself that is outrageous, but the fact that you can’t contact the company in any way- website, email, no way. Save yourself and lose money? What should I do?

I ordered jewelry and tracked how it's going.
2 days before the date indicated on the website (scheduled delivery on November 19) on Wednesday 16.11.2022 Fedex courier called me once , and asked if I was at home so that he could deliver my parcel to me.
I told him that I'm not at home right now (again, he called me 2 days before the delivery date specified by Fedex on Fedex website). I told him that I would be home in 2 hours. Courier told me that he would not be able to deliver in 2 hours and deliver “tomorrow” (on Thursday, 17.11).
On Thursday I called him , but he didn't pick up the phone and didn't deliver anything. On Thursday evening (November 17th) I went to the Fedex website and saw the system offer to choose a delivery date – I chose November 24.
On November 24, I was waiting the whole day but…. no one came!
Also, when I visited the Fedex website to check what's going on with my track number I found the message that it is delivered on November 17!!! To whom?
I have a letter from Fedex that they will deliver me my parcel on 24 of November. What's going on? Should I go to the police? I wrote a dozen emails to Fedex but they didn't answer (only 1 girl tried to help me but failed)
Any ideas?
