I'm sure plenty of you can relate.
Some moron just suggested how I could hustle during medical school (if I get in) to pay for my 60k a year medical loans “and stop being jealous of people who's parents are able to pay for their schooling in full.” That's why nothing is going to drastically change unless the bottom half of society protests whether it's quiting quietly or refusing lower paying jobs.
I work with a financial advisor to do what i can for retirement, shes older and of course was around a time when the economy wasn't completely broken. She suggested with a straight face I focus on investments over buying food and to “just deal with the lack of food” in the name of investing.
It is truly a contrast how the upcoming generation is doing compared to the upper class older generation (yes I'm aware not all older ppl r well off).
