Hi folks, as the title suggests, I'm unfortunately getting rebadged to an outsourcing company doing the same job I have with same benefits. Unfortunately, I already had pre planned vacation from months ago that was approved by the previous company, and this new company is refusing to work with me when it comes to onboarding and I9 verification stuff when it comes to the timeline and my vacation interfering. I don't want to take up too many characters, so that's all I'll say for now. If more context is needed, please ask away.
My question is, how should I word this situation when they ask why I'm leaving my current job? I don't want to sound so negative, but I want to be as honest as possible soot doesn't seem like I'm putting on an act. Any thoughts, folks? Thanks!
