How Society Conditioned Us and Fooled Us

Convince kids at K-12 that they are good ; just not “good enough” until X Y Z (get a piece of paper) Tell us how much college would pay well Convince young folks to gamble their future with student loans, only to essentially create a job market where it's saturated, and you don't need the degree. Hiring managers lie. Companies lie about job requirements. Most of the stuff can be learned with OTJ training. Experienced people don't share knowledge. I've learned to avoid following society, and teach 18 year olds to “think for themselves.” you can literally learn everything on YouTube, order books on Amazon, and/or take certification courses.
