How to…

I have this super annoying co-worker. This person believes that they are a supervisor, in their head. This co-worker wants to be in the loop for my project & events. This co-worker keeps emailing the entire department that they were notified & complains that there needs to be transparency. This person is a non-factor & essentially useless in my project. How do I professionally say,” You are not needed or required. You are not informed because you are not essential to this project.” Pls Halp
