Basically as the title says. I was recently fire from my call center job for a host of BS reasons which include performance even though I was meeting call quota and not being happy. I’ve been there for over a year and I’ve never been happy there. I was just good at faking it. However, since I’ve been sick the last two weeks that impacted my mood, therefore no happy face.
I remember seeing a comment on one thread about PIs who can check on your behalf what they say. How do I go about finding one in the state (VA) I live in?
ETA: WFH isn’t offered there and we’re not allowed to call out sick for more than 5 days a year if anyone wonders why being sick had this impact.
