How to deal with colleague who won’t talk to me honestly about my mistakes but tell to my manager?

Due to many reasons (burn out, lack of motivation, hating the ideology behind my job in consulting…), I haven't been doing great at my job. And it reflets on my work. My supervisor is seen as one of the nicest people in my team (super soothing voice, always ready to help people…) although I've seen her talk to me about other people with disdain when they're not super efficient. I learned from my manager that she reported stuff to her about the drop of quality of my work without her speaking to me first. By the way, i was recently on sick leave for burn out and seeing as things are going I will soon be quitting.
