I joined this company which was existing for 10 years and for some reason it had only 15 something employees and because of a new project requirement they started growing and hired a few people.
Among the five people hired by them I was hired at a rate of the less salary. One guy among us gets more than me. And the rest get the same. Even though I am getting less salary the work allotted to me is very high as compared to my peers who get the same salary.
In the starting I was foolish enough to show them I was competent and intellectual. And now I am allotted all the work.
How do I get out of this situation?
