How to interview to other jobs without current job knowing?

Alright. I’ll try to keep this as short as possible. I’ve been working as a Leasing Agent for a real estate company for about 5 months now. A lot happened when I started (property management and assistant manager left and/or got fired). Basically walked in on a shit show. Eventually learned the ropes of the job and doing pretty decent. Decent enough to train a new leasing agent (who joined a month after myself) the job. Let’s call her Kim. So during the whole turnover of management a position was left vacant (Leasing Manager). Me and Kim were both interviewed for the position and come to find out that I lose out of the position when I trained her lol. Furthermore, she has called out numerous days more than me and is constantly taking personal calls, personal stuff, etc. I hate to do the whole sob story thing…just wanted to…

Anywho I’m kinda checked out at this point and looking for other leasing jobs in the area and I got a lead at this new corp. How do I interview for this new place without my current place knowing? For context, I’m 26M and live in Florida.

TLDR; Coworker I trained got promotion over me. Looking for work elsewhere without them knowing.
