Second in command and want to leverage my way in this new gig for a move up. How do I learn the ropes in hopes of being the top person at my job? My direct manager sucks ass (lazy bare minimum, slacks off in anyway possible and literally acts a child) I just started so I want to learn everything I can to overtake their position or move within the company in a role that’s higher.
