Looking for some help coming up with ideas on how to make a 4 day work week possible for my staff.
I have 3 employees not including myself.
We are a customer service based retail type company.
The hours of the business are 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday and during the summer we are open 9-1 Saturday.
We each take a turn being on call for a week.
Right now we have the on call person for the week come in at 830 and stay until 5, as well as working the Saturday by themselves. The other 3 come in at 8 and leave at 430.
