How to migrate from a toxic job to a new remote job?

My current job pays well, has only medical care for benefits, but the job is understaffed and my boss is a dirtbag. There is also a coworker that seems psychological unhinged. The dynamics of the job constantly changes and my boss doesn’t train me well and I keep having to deal with the psycho taking his fustration out on me. I have a new job offering that pays more, it’s remote, and the job is very easy. It doesn’t have any benefits and it’s a 1099 type job or job where I pay all of my taxes. I haven’t been with a company where I succeeded their 3 month probation period because of my disability, so moving to a new job where it is remove sounds great, but it is risky… but because it is remote, it is easier to mask or hide my disability…. I don’t know what private…

I don’t know what private health care is like in the USA compared to Medicaid or the health care the company provides… I also know it’s better to just leave the company without a two week notice, but at the same time, I still feel bad about it…
