There is 2 remote day per week.
November will mark my one year anniversary and I plan to, instead of asking for a raise, asking for an additional day of work from home.
I must add that my job could be full remote without a single problem.
But it's my first job and I never ever negociate anything.
How would you negociate that?
I really don't want to fuck it up.
