How to Pass a Drug Test/Recommendations?

Hey there! I’m currently interviewing for an HR role with a nursing home facility in my area that is government funded, and will include a 10 panel drug test. Though I have quit smoking for about 1.5 weeks at this point, I was typically smoking once or twice a day in the evenings, every day. I do drink a lot of water and actively work out with a personal trainer about 4x a week (have been doing so over a year) I do worry that if I pass the additional rounds of interviewing, that I would not be able to pass a drug test. (Or maybe I’m just overly anxious) They seem to want to hire someone immediately, so I assume I’ve only got another week of buffer for clearing my system. From lots of Reddit thread reading, people seem to suggest detox drinks are not the best route to…

From lots of Reddit thread reading, people seem to suggest detox drinks are not the best route to go nowadays, though I’m seeing quite a few suggestions for synthetic urine. The idea of that makes me nervous, but I’ll do what I have to do, as this would be a job I actually love and am passionate about. (I have a background in healthcare in hospice and working in hospitals, but spent the last 5 years in the toxic corporate world)

Just here to look for some additional info on detox drinks, if I took them now, will they help later? Or are they more of a “day of” fix? If not detox drinks, what are everyone’s suggestions? Thanks in advance!
