How to properly deal with the superiors that are constantly trying to power trip me?

I have lately noticed that those who are much more arrogant, entitled and the most difficult to deal with are usually some mid-career level people who think they are much better that me because of their tittle, seniority and the fact that they are making a few grand a year more than me… Sometimes I really have some very difficult time with some superiors. They might ask for some 'help' to get something for them, and they will act as if they are my boss supreme and I have to immidiately complete the task and ignore all the other priorities that my actual boss set for me. Some of them aren't even from my department, but due to some overlap in the processes, we have to sort of work together, but it is usually me who has to help them sort things they should have a total control over. They might ask for some 'help' to get something for them, and they will act as if they are my boss supreme and I have to immidiately complete the task and ignore all the other priorities that my actual boss set for me. Most of those requests are relatively small and somewhat easy for me to do, and don't take too much time at all, but the amount of attitude I receive if I don't just drop everything and do it for them is phenomanal.

How to deal with this kind of 'important' personas at the workplace without getting into some sort of trouble?
