My IT department had a team lunch and learn event. I rarely attend these things and most are corporate brainwashing horse-shit. The management “strongly” encouraged for their team to attend but wasn’t mandatory. How should I respond to this email? Ignore? Or respond by killing them with kindness and apologizing?
