I 27M has been given the charge of Service manager which involve lot of work and the amount of new work keeps on increasing . We are understaffed like any other branch in our country, I told them due to my medical condition i cant do heavy work still i get heavy rush branches may be the management has taken a toll on me , since i told them i will quit in near future . Ik this was really foolish of me but i thought they would spare me seeing i will leave in near future. My joining in new job has been delayed and i might have to be in bank little longer . The problem is im too good at my job and i have good knowledge but that a curse in banking job rather boon . Every person come to me for guidance and sometimes wants me to finish their work , branch manager keeps on adding new work seeing i finish them efficiently . Everday new Death case settlement comes in my branch and i have to deal with that , plus customer dealing is so exhaustive i dont know how to handle all this and how much to resist, i did resist a lot in my previous branch , but this is a good branch every staff is good including manager which pushes me to do better but there is no end to work in banking line and one must be strudy at what they do , any good peice of advice?
