How to tell your manager he sucks and he doesn’t support you in corporate?

So my manager believes he’s a great manager but he’s not. Recently he gave me my review and he went on about things other manager said about me but my manager never gave me the benefit of the doubt, he didn’t give me a chance to say my side of the story, he talked to me like those comments were facts. I was like a deer in front of the headlights so I couldn’t respond immediately. I don’t really know how to tell him he sucks!
