So a psychopath is someone who feels no empathy or ability to sympathize with someone in pain. A lot of times they enjoy the suffering of others.
HR is all about lording power over others and arbitrary enforcement of office policy. And ignoring job candidates and lacking the courtesy to even inform someone after three interviews they didn't get a job.
Seems like a pretty big overlap, has anyone ever tested an HR person for Psychopathy to see if there's a correlation?
