I got a job in HR with a 6 month probation. After 5 and a half months my boss terminated my probation because she thought long term I would become emotionally fatigued. This woman barely spent any time with me and even said I did good work and she’d received no complaints about me. Can someone explain why I lost my job? Because I’m so confused
