A lot went on at my workplace in the past months, we agreed to leave things behind (with my manager) won’t go into detail but the HR guy at my work knows I gave negative feedback about them at the time and came to me to ask why I thought that, I mentioned that should’ve stayed anon, because I refused to discuss it they said that they were being straightforward and I wasn’t, stated I was being unprofessional and hiding behind an anon, and that what I said was hurtful and refusing dialogue. The thing that stuck to me was that they said even though I said those hurtful things I still work for the company and that I said I will continue working for them.
And this was BY hr, my manager is actually alright.
