So i reported my boss to hr as i was directed to in all that useless training they put me through. For the record my boss has stolen cash from the register, made racist comments about staff vendors and clients, refused to hire an extremely qualified candidate because they were asian. Uses nepotism to control who gets to become staff or interns here, pits employees against one another, and reports untruths about events rather than be there to see it.
What does hr do?
Nothing except go to the regional manager who only got the report about the money theft not a damn thing else.
They broke the law revealing me as the person who sent the complaint which opens up for retaliation oh boy.
