Apparently OT isn't allowed while I work from home because it's unfair for others in the company that I can work a 4hr shift and then a 9 to 12hrs another day… oh but she said she doesnt mind if i do OT while in the office, if its from home I have to let her know.
For clarification I work 2 days from home. I had asked to use a vacation day the week before because I needed to do a few things that required me to be unavailable. I wasn't even supposed to work at all but there were some issues that I needed to take care of and decided to log in to work before the situation got worse thats the day she's saying I only worked 4hrs. (I worked those hrs in the evening while my kids went to bed)
I have a disabled son and have not worked more than 30hrs per week for over a year now. I have never worked a 9 or 12 hr shift in a day. My kid has a lot of doctor appts but I work before and after his appts.
When I brought up these points she started to back track and said that wasn't what she meant and that we should talk more in person to avoid confusion.
All because of 1 freaking hour
