I’ve been working as a personal traininer for a year. During my time there I was missing a manager the entire time constantly being told that we would be getting new management, missed commission payments
Stolen clients without notice and terrible communication.
After selling one of my clients on a training package there was an error that made the payment go to a front desk associate and I notified the general and regional manager they let me know that everything was taken care of and I didn’t have to worry. A few months went by and I started to ask questions and was met with answers to dodge me I continued working as usual
Towards the end of my abandonment, I let it be known to staff that I was returning back to school and was unsure if I was going to continue working there. I proceeded to ask when I would receive my payment which both the regional manager and general manager were unaware that I still haven’t received yet. During this meeting we agreed to meet again in a week but the manager was no where to be found so I continued with my life and abandoned my job.
Is it still possible for me to receive my missing commission and vacation pay?
