For almost a year now I have been feeling left out and my supervisor been leaving me out of conversation etc. Basically I work in a small kitchen so we are all very close and talk alot during our shifts but I started notice how only I started conversations and interactions, I complained to my supervisor and she said we sould work on it.
Well it got worse and off work I get snaps sent to me of my coworkers hanging out but I never get invited even tho I have expressed that I would like to join next time.
After a while it got so worse I almost ended myself.. I survived and had another talk with my supervisor. Now coworkers have complained that I am not “happy” while at work and I got the owners after me now.
We sat down for a meeting to “help me” as they said but they ended up blaming everything on me not being happy at work…
“maybe people wanna hang out with you if you ar happier at work”
“if you smile more maybe people wanna talk to you more”
Yeha you get it, it was all “my” fault
I started to look for another job but omg it's so painful going to work everyday with this going on.. I have always been positive and nice so I don't understand what is going on…
Has anyone had any similar experience?
