So I finally quit! Let me rewind…. I wasnt working since 2020( i was focusing on content creation) it did not work out, but i got married recently and my wife helped and motivated me to get a steady job. So i finally got a job as a associate manager in a company when i start my work i get a lot of reality checks, the owners look down upon the employees, there is constant name calling ,and abusive words being called to us. No holidays even when i was sick, she said you need to work till you are dead and maybe after that too. I was planning to quit after my first salary, but i guess god had other plans, my dog fell a little sick and i had to take care of him so i told her since the work is getting affected because of me( i have been told this even when the timelines have been met days prior) i am quitting. She took it on her ego and got extremely angry, i wasn’t even allowed wfh or holidays to take care of my family. But yes i quit! I am not saying i am a saint i did take holidays because of the anxiety she has been putting on me, but yes i am finally free and not to mention my creativity has gone down immensely i was working at a skill level of an intern
