I am tired of making my CV again for almost every single job opening…

Why does every company have a company specific site for job openings which require you to remake your entire CV in their forms if LinkedIn exists and I have to send my CV anyway? I recently had to connect my LinkedIn with the company's site, and I was relieved like they were going to pull all my info, but no, I sill had to input it all in again…. I am tired of doing this, every single job opening I want to apply to takes about 30-60 min due to me having to input information that's already on my LinkedIn. Not to mention the ones that require you to pass a skill test that also takes 1-2 hours, when I have a portfolio filled with examples of my work, as well as working experience with other companies. And then, if I even ever get an interview they request me to…

Not to mention the ones that require you to pass a skill test that also takes 1-2 hours, when I have a portfolio filled with examples of my work, as well as working experience with other companies. And then, if I even ever get an interview they request me to do a small project as a test, and *that* takes a week to do.

Is it paid time? No. It never is.
