I assume I can’t get into bother for putting a trade union join link on a leaving email?

I mean, what can they do? Sack me? I'm leaving my current job on not amazing terms. I came back from the first two week holiday I've had since I was a teenager to a meeting with my line manager and team manager. They wanted to put me on a performance improvement plan, essentially because I had gone down to 4 days a week after being elected as a local councillor, so I would have time to do both. Previous managers were supportive, new manager, not so much. Apparently missing meetings on my public duties days wasn't acceptable, so I handed my 4 week notice in. Friday is my last day and I'm drafting my goodbye email to the team. Most of my colleagues I have no problems with. Most have been very supportive after I told them what happened. I'm sending my Linktree, email address and a link to…
