My coworkers and supervisor dislike me because I do well at my job so I have decided to do more. I’m sending out more emails, making sure they know I’m all bout the “team”…trying to one up people in external departments…
Nothing hurts more than being penalized for doing your job well just because other people are lazy and don’t put in as much effort.
So far my boss’s boss seems to like me which is probably just fueling her up more to find a reason to give me the boot. 🤷️
I just can’t stand the office politics and bs anymore.
