I was moved from one position to another with no pay increase, even though the new position has a posted minimum. But, since being moved, they hired a new person to take my place in the old position. The new person seems to be gone a lot with outside appointments and such. I'm constantly being told that I need to cover for that position. Only because I know the job and how to do it. No pay increases, just good ol' reliability.
Am I wrong for thinking I need compensation for this?? I'm being taken away from my current position to cover the old one whenever they need it. I've got other things to do. They just seem ill equipped.
