I fear the future for us, Americans.

It has came upon on me that I have been looking through the news, real life scenario of the uprising food prices going up, living costs going up, and everything else is looking like unaffordable at this point. I am scared that it is getting at the point where everything else b comes unaffordable and minimum wage won't be raised at all to match the inflation of things. People continue to tell us myths of tickle down encomiums when Reagan pretty much fucked it all up, inflation would go down when we handled the Covid-19. It's been two years after we pretty much controlled Covid-19, but I see no reason for things to keep in the inflation prices where it becomes everyone's struggle. Recently, the Supreme Court has fucked us, young people, about striking down on the loan forgiveness, when it's completely okay for people to have their $400k PPP…

Recently, the Supreme Court has fucked us, young people, about striking down on the loan forgiveness, when it's completely okay for people to have their $400k PPP loan forgiven. It's bullshit. I fear the what is coming for the future of the 2024 elections and what will the outcome of it. Regarding the things that has not been beneficial or turning out great after two years of having democratic president after Trump was kicked out. The only thing is that I regret myself is buying myself a house in US to be anchored myself in this country with the mortgage that I can afford, but not moving to another country like Canada when I was fresh out of high school at 18 years old with no debt. If I had learned about this sub when I was in high school, I would have went straight to have a job and save much as I can and move to another country, like UK or Canada. Gratefully, that I actually own a house and I am able to afford it, but it is just the future of the America that I fear. Personally, I don't care if I am in a good spot, it is ultimately unfair for the others to live in this terrible condition of awful capitalism, employers that treats our people horrible making them to work on holidays, et cetera.

I fear the understanding that there is nowhere to go for poor Americans who still struggle while on welfares, college students struggle of finding a better job for their future, mothers who need some money for this children, and many more people who struggle to live in this country. I fear the future that the politicians are out of the reach and keep listening to the millionaires and billionaires to pass the laws regarding for the workers to less have rights in the workplace where they can't fight for themselves. I know that many people have been talking about general strike and all that, but I know most of us know what would happen if people were to lash out like the French did when they passed the retirement age. This is what I fear for us that we are too weak to stand up and fight for better rights, workplace, access, healthcare, benefits, laws, wellbeing, and most importantly, mental health. I just feel like it is getting to the point where most of us just say, ” It is what it is, let it overcome us and let the billionaires slave down on us.” I hope there's something better for the future of America. Based on how things are going for America, we're like state of Florida to Europe at this point.
