I feel overwhelmed even with mimimal amount of work hours

I am unsure WTH is wrong with me. I have a college degree and during my studies, I had to work part time. My studies weren't anything life-draining like medicine, but still somewhat difficult. My part-time job involved random work days, shifts at very different times of day and night and was somewhat far away from me. Also, I always did some side-husstle like private lessons or buying and selling stuff. I was kinda overwhelmed but managed to powee through it. Because I managed to keep that up for quite a few years, I feel like I am hard working. But I still felt overwhelmed. Now I am done with my studies and looking for something fulltime. I am still working part time, albeit in a different field. I work only 3 days a week and only for 6 hours each day. I even have 2/3 days as home office.…

I have a college degree and during my studies, I had to work part time. My studies weren't anything life-draining like medicine, but still somewhat difficult. My part-time job involved random work days, shifts at very different times of day and night and was somewhat far away from me. Also, I always did some side-husstle like private lessons or buying and selling stuff.

I was kinda overwhelmed but managed to powee through it. Because I managed to keep that up for quite a few years, I feel like I am hard working. But I still felt overwhelmed.

Now I am done with my studies and looking for something fulltime. I am still working part time, albeit in a different field. I work only 3 days a week and only for 6 hours each day. I even have 2/3 days as home office. Also, I volunteer 2 days a week, around 5-6 hours each.

Yet I still feel overwhelmed. My work is not particularly stresfull, my coworkers are nice and the pay is great for what it is.

But when I am done, I feel drained and have no energy left to send emails for other jobs, no strength to exercise properly, no will or strength to cook a proper meal. I feel like the rest of the day goes by quickly, regardless of if I had 6 or 10 hours of sleep.

Any tips/ideas other from just sucking it up? Thanks!
