Today I left the shop I’ve worked at for just shy of 4 years. At the start it seemed like a good company but over time favoritism and nepotism took over, I was running the night crew since it started and instead of promoting me to the supervisor when it came time to need a official supervisor, the boss hires his incompetent friend,
The rest of the shop has been acting like a bunch of high schoolers with the drama, had coworkers yell and berate other coworkers but when ever the bosses friend yells at someone it not that he yell at someone it’s why did you provoke him.
After putting my two week notice in the boss says you’ll have drama wherever you go, and you know what maybe so, but I’ll take the drama that pays 5$/hr more with 3 weeks vacation to start, better benefits, better hours, and in depth training
