Bullied the dude so hard that he was eventually forced to quit. Told everyone that I worked with to treat him the same way, and showed them his case.net. They were all shocked. About two weeks into this silent treatment he quit without notice. I was very proud. Fuck that guy.
He asked me one day why I was treating him this way and I just looked at him and said I saw your case.net, you’re disgusting. And we never spoke again. Btw it was a baby. His exe wifes little baby. Apparently his defense was she wanted ammo in their divorce court and it was all made up. Judging by his highschool aged girlfriend at the time, I found that very hard to believe. He was constantly texting the younger hostess’ and was just a very creepy man in general. The age difference between him and his gf was about 20 years.
Also he was a host. First thing our customers would see when they walked in. That whole place was messed up and I no longer work there. Cannot believe our manager hired him. DISGUSTING. I understand at most restaurants they do not do background checks but the dude literally had an ankle monitor. And once the staff found out someone said something to the boss and he was said something like, oh well we need hosts. So ridiculous.
Very proud I got that man to quit. Sometimes bullying is not so bad lol.
