I’m currently employed, but open to switching jobs if it means more money .
I found a job opening for a company I know by reputation . I apply, we speak once. It’s exactly the type of job I do now. I even knew the software they use even though I don’t currently use it myself.
After we speak, she tells me she needs to send me a quiz to complete and if all is well they’ll bring me in for an interview .
I just heard back that I didn’t get the job, I emailed to ask why- to see if I can prepare myself better for next time. And it’s because I tested too low on their PERSONALITY QUIZ.
ITS NOT EVEN A REAL TEST FOR THE JOB AT HAND.
Maaaan how is someone ever suppose to move up, if this is how it’s done ?
