I got the job I’ve always wanted, but at what cost?

I don’t dream of labor but it’s amazing how one person can completely change your view on a “dream job”. It’s widely known that my boss is not a nice person. He’s rude, patronizing, and doesn’t really seem to care about anyone. He has even told me that he’s not nice and hates teaching. I work with him directly so I often take the brunt of his attitude. And when he is a bad mood, I know I’m going to get yelled at. I was hoping when I started this position he would be like a mentor to me, but man was I wrong. I’ve tried to brush off his remarks because I do enjoy the field I’m in and wanted to gain more experience, but I don’t think I can take this anymore. Whatever I do, or don’t do, in his eyes is wrong. Why are people like this?…

I’ve been here for only 3 months and I’ve had enough.
