I can’t even begin to say how relieved I am. It was hard to do, as I’m a preschool teacher and I’m kind of leaving them in a tough spot mid year, but after all of the bullshit, bullying, and mismanaging that has gone on here I had no other choice, and they knew that. One of my bosses said he knew it was coming at some point, the only question was when. The other one just said I left them in a hole and walked away.
I won’t go too much into why I left. I’m just so glad it’s out now and in two weeks I’ll be starting my new job. I’ll be able to really help people while making slightly more money, have actual job benefits, a shorter commute, and a sane boss.
I’m not very active on this sub, but I read a lot of things here and I think this sub really gave my the confidence to move on and find something better. To stop being a doormat for people that don’t care about my well-being. So, thank you for everyone that posts here <3
