I'm currently looking for a new job because my current one treats me bad. And holy hell, I hate all the pretentious bullshit around applying for a job so much.
Just look at my CV to see if I can do the stuff you want to be done. Why do I have to write a whole ass overly formal letter were I tell you how great I am? Why do I have to add a very staged picture of myself? Why do I have to dress up in a way that I normaly wouldn't? I don't even work with customers so why does it matter how I look as long as I'm not straight up unkempt? You full well know that I don't dress and talk like that while doing my daily work so why expect it now?! And why the hell do I have to guess what salary you would pay me?! Just write it in the job ad! Don't make we waste my time with all of this if you wouldn't even pay me right! And if you don't want me, have the decency to inform me about it and don't just leave me hanging!
