The setting is a bar/restaurant. My question is, should every employee make the same amount or should different positions have different wages?
EX.
Dishwasher makes $12
Fry cook makes $15
Im not sure about other positions, I am only going by the listing I see on indeed.
Should a fry cook make more than a dishwasher or should they both be making $15?
Or if they hire multiple dishwashers should each dw make the same while each fry cook makes $15?
Sorry if question is confusing. I sometimes have a difficult time phrasing my words appropriately.
