“I have the right to keep you 15 minutes after” [vent]

No. No you absolutely don't. My availability is exactly what I gave when I started working. You do not have the right to keep me 15 minutes after my availability and you will not keep me 15 minutes after. What if i had a kid that needed picked up at specific time? I don't but I could. Really effing tired of employers thinking they own their employees. They don't even pay me enough to live off of.
