So this happened a few minutes ago and I literally have no Idea what to do about it. I (24M) started this new job last week with another newbie (24F) and we are currently undergoing training. So the newbie and our trainer (30+F) have become really good friends since they are from the same country and they’ve been chatting in private messages.
This morning I come to work and the newbie left her laptop open and I could see chats about the trainer talking shit about me to her and saying she can’t wait for the training to be done so I can move to another department. How I am bothering them and how annoying I am.
I’ve been nothing but nice and polite to these ladies and I genuinely don’t know how to go about this.
Could you please advise ?
